Technical Support Engineer

Join Sesame Software's Customer Support team and assist customers with training and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage support queue using Salesforce.com Cases
  • Collect documentation of technical issues
  • Resolve issues using existing documented solutions
  • Develop workarounds to customer issues using product features
  • Work with Development staff in problem resolution that may require bug fixes or product enhancements
  • Teach product implementation and usage to new and existing customers

Sell Enterprise Software products to a global customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including pipeline report.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
